Medier is seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Executive to join the B2B segment. As B2B CRM Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting the B2B CRM Managers in implementing and optimizing CRM programs aimed at enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of B2B CRM, the execution of CRM campaigns including SMS and email marketing, and other engagement activities.
- Analyse and maintain accurate records of CRM activities, processes, and outcomes, generating regular reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on CRM data and processes to identify and address errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about CRM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, contributing ideas and insights to improve B2B CRM processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Entertainment sector, preferably within the CRM department.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to support CRM strategies.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
