CRM Social Media Traffic Monetization Manager
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize CRM requirements in response to dynamic business needs
- Lead the ideation, definition, and execution of innovative CRM Social Media traffic monetization strategies
- Identify and address pain points and needs of Social Media traffic to enhance CRM performance
- Direct CRM Managers on the launch and usage strategy of features you worked on
- Track and analyze the performance of CRM activities to achieve perfect KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and content managers
- Balance day-to-day tasks with long-term planning for CRM roadmaps
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, retention & CRM, or brand management within the gambling industry
- In-depth understanding of Social Media traffic dynamics in the gambling sector
- Experience as a CRM monetization manager is a significant advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM calendar management, content layering, player motivation, and pressure points
- Strong technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
- Proven experience in making analytical, data-driven decisions
- High sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with developers and product teams is a plus
