Medier is looking for LinkBuilders to join our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in organic linkbuilding, specifically targeting regulated markets;
• Proficient understanding of various link types, tools, HTML, and off-page SEO techniques;
• Proven success in previous link-building campaigns;
• Meticulous attention to detail, paired with exceptional communication and organizational capabilities;
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above);
• Experience working full-time in-house within the IT/tech sector;
• Proven expertise in both outreach and crowd link building methods;
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools, especially Google Sheets.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage a high-quality backlink profile;
• Manage team of linkbuilders, monitor team progress, ensuring that link-building goals are met;
• Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance;
• Continually research and implement innovative backlink strategies;
• Actively spearhead outreach and crowd link-building efforts;
• Assess the quality of potential linking websites and identify valuable referring pages;
• Engage with webmasters for guest posting opportunities;
• Monitor backlink placements to ensure they remain active;
• Seek opportunities for link exchanges to broaden the backlink profile;
• Analyze industry trends and monitor key competitors to stay ahead;
• Oversee the management and optimization of anchor lists;
• Utilize tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Buzzstream, and others for effective link building;
• Provide clear technical directives for content creators;
• Continuously analyze and enhance the backlink profile and anchor list.
