We're searching for skilled Senior CRM Service Manager to join our amazing team!
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience developing lifecycle CRM programs;
- experience with segmentation, automation strategy, marketing using digital channels (email, push, SMS, etc.).
- Extensive experience with CRM automation platforms such as Optimove / Symplify or similar.
- Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing messaging campaigns that drive positive improvements in user behavior such as retention improvements.
- Experience developing and executing A/B tests to decrease churn, utilizing email, push and in-app messaging initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and report on data, and experience using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau for reporting. Analytics-savvy and up-to-date on innovative tools, platforms, and resources.
- Experience with gambling / betting B2C products is ideal, bonus points for high-load marketing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall strategy for CRM & outbound marketing efforts, including expanding current efforts via push notifications, in-app messaging experiences, & SMS, in addition to building out CRM efforts via email.
- Translate high-level strategy and goals into objectives, key results, and actionable roadmap for execution.
- Lead end-to-end daily operations for the CRM, including working with Product & Development teams on assessing the technical scope and requirements for project work, campaign creation, and reporting on campaign performance & results.
- Project management of CRM campaigns & initiatives including maintaining status updates in relation to progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, as well as managing communication with key stakeholders and leadership team members.
