Medier is seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join the B2B segment. As B2B CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic CRM programs aimed at enhancing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data led approach, to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to the look and feel of our B2B brands.
- Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, while also monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and being competitive.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven CRM experience within the Entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the Entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
