As Ireland VIP Account Manager you will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Fluent English Language is a must;
- Multitasking and time-managing;
- Productivity and flexibility;
- 2+ years’ experience in Entertainment business;
- 1+ years' experience in portfolio managing;
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
Main responsibilities:
✔️Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
✔️ Be patient & have negotiation skills;
✔️ Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
✔️ Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
✔️Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
