Job Purpose
Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction



Primary Responsibilities:

  • - Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups;
  • - Working with clients/customers
  • - Assisting new and current customers to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products/services;
  • - Promoting company site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering;
  • - Working with the team leader to ensure all targets are understood and achieved
  • - Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • - Daily interaction and reports to the direct manager
  • - Planning and implementing systems that perform the work and fulfill the department's mission and goals efficiently and the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
  • - Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support
  • - Communication on a regular basis with  all managers and peers from different departments;

Job Requirements

  • An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers;

  • Time management and prioritizing workload;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in this type of job role - advantage;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • English - working level

  • Must be bilingual. Besides English you have to speak at least one of the following languages fluently: Spanish
